Hartley Daigle, CCIM – Owner/Broker

Hartley has a proven track record as an accomplished Real Estate Agent,
Hartley Daigle brings over 13 years of experience to her role as the Principal of
HCD Real Estate, LLC. Her expertise spans both the commercial and residential
sectors, where she has brokered a multitude of large-scale commercial deals.
Proficient in off-market acquisitions and dispositions, Hartley has cultivated a
unique skill set that allows her to uncover hidden opportunities in the real
estate landscape. Her dedication to providing personalized, tailored solutions
ensures that clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Clay Stafford – Public Relations Consultant

Clay is a CPA with 30 years of experience, including 23 years working in various facets of development. He spent 16 years as the CFO and Planning Director for the City of Gonzales, where he played a key role in guiding the city through a period of significant commercial and industrial growth. His expertise spans retail, restaurant, grocery, and residential development, with a deep understanding of construction, permitting, zoning, and financing. He supports HCD’s efforts in community engagement, government relations, and business development, leveraging his extensive network and industry knowledge to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Alicia Burge, MBA – Accounting Manager

With 18 years of experience in accounting, Alicia is dedicated to precision, financial integrity, and efficiency. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Louisiana State University, equipping her with the expertise to manage complex financial processes. Alicia’s strong analytical skills and commitment to accuracy ensure smooth financial operations within the company.

Elizabeth Miller – Agent, HCD Real Estate

Lizzie is a dynamic member of the HCD Real Estate team, working in the industry since 2021. Her journey with the company began with an instrumental role in coordinating and organizing back-of-house office administration. She now specializes in residential and commercial leasing and sales, where her commitment to client satisfaction has led to the successful closure of multiple deals. Lizzie’s unique ability to understand the intricate needs of clients, combined with her proficiency in navigating the real estate landscape, makes her a valuable asset to those seeking their ideal sites.  

 

Bronier Ourso – Agent, HCD Real Estate

Bronier Ourso combines her entrepreneurial experience with her real estate expertise as a valuable member of the HCD Real Estate team. As the owner of Bronier Luxury Salon Spa & Suites and a licensed real estate agent since 2019, she specializes in both residential and commercial properties. Bronier’s client-focused approach ensures that each individual receives the guidance and support needed to make well-informed decisions. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, Bronier’s commitment to excellence ensures you have the knowledge and assistance to navigate the real estate market with confidence.
 

Tate Acosta – Agent, HCD Real Estate

Tate brings a wealth of experience in construction and project management to the real estate industry. A 2004 Magna Cum Laude graduate of LSU, he holds concentrations in Construction Management, Industrial Education, and Occupational Safety. As the Vice President of Construction at R.J. Daigle & Sons, Tate oversees all projects, leveraging his expertise from previous roles as a Project Engineer, Estimator, and Contract Administrator for various firms, including Basic Industries, Inc., Keta Group, LLC, and Block Construction, LLC. His extensive background also includes work with Shell Oil, Lion Oil, and Motiva Enterprises, as well as multiple contractor certifications.

Now, with his recently earned real estate license, Tate is excited to combine his deep understanding of construction with his passion for real estate. He has a strong interest in investment opportunities and recreational properties. With years of leadership experience, including serving on the Town of Addis Council for the past four years.
 

Stephanie Joffrion Harris – Agent, HCD Real Estate

Stephanie is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong background in marketing and business development. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in marketing, she spent seven years at ISC honing her skills in brand strategy and client relations.
Recently married, Stephanie balances her professional ambitions with her passion for fitness, teaching Pilates at Evolve Studios in her free time. Known for her personable nature, organization, and keen attention to detail, she is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients. Stephanie is thrilled to bring her expertise into the real estate industry, using her marketing knowledge and business acumen to help buyers and sellers navigate their real estate journeys with confidence.
